The Princeton Soccer Association Super Y League will use US Club Soccer Carding and Registration forms for all program participants. Each Player will need on file with Princeton Soccer Association the following:

 

A copy of the players Certificate of Birth

 

A completed Player Registration and Medical Authorization Form

 

A completed Online Registration

 

 

The cost of the Super Y League program is $575.00 and includes:

 

League Registration and Team Performance Bond

 

Player Registration and Carding

 

Training and Game Day Coaching by Professional Staff

 

Team Uniform Including:

 

     -Home and Away Jersey

 

     -Shorts

 

     -Socks

 

Club Administration 

 

*Additional fees such as referee fees, travel costs, and additional tournament/league registrations are not included
