Princeton Futsal Academy '93 Girls Win State Championship
The U15 team captured the U17 bracket title in the Eastern PA state cup

The Princeton Futsal Academy (FA) ’93 team traveled to the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, PA on January 24th to compete in the Eastern PA Futsal Championships. The FA ’93 team was the only U-15 squad competing in the U-17 age bracket against U-16 and U-17 teams from Pennsylvania and New York. Despite playing against older girls, the FA’93 team had a clean sweep of their four games and came away with the championship trophy.

Where: Princeton High School Gymnasium and The Hun School of Princeton Gymnasium

When: December 14, 2008 - March 8, 2009.  Sunday’s throughout December, January, February, and March. Games begin at 8:00am and end at 10pm. Generally, younger teams play earlier in the day and older teams will play later in the afternoon/evening.

Game Dates: Princeton High School- 12/14, 12/21, 1/4, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22, 3/1,and 3/8 

                       The Hun School of Princeton- 12/14, 12/21, 1/4, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/22, 3/1, and 3/8

Who: All Club teams, Premier teams, and Futsal Academy teams (U8-U18 boys and girls) looking for great competition. Each team is guarenteed 10 games*

Why: Because Princeton Futsal League provides a great environment for learning and competiting

Cost: $650.00 entry fee plus a $110.00** referee fee for the season. Entry fee must be paid by credit card at time of application. Checks will not be accepted.

Acceptances will be posted on or about November 20th. Payment must be made in full in order for your team to be accepted.

* Each team will be scheduled for 10 games. In the event of a cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, games may not be rescheduled.

 ** The referee fee will be paid by cash or check on December 14th. No team will be allowed to compete until referee fee has been paid.

PSA reserves the right to remove any team, coach, player, spectator, and/or official for any reason at any time. By accepting to play in the Princeton Futsal League, any team, coach, player, spectator, and/or official is agreeing to ahear to the code of conduct and these terms.

 

Princeton Futsal Academy
Program Overview

Princeton Soccer Association (PSA) is pleased to announce a program designed to enhance the skills of our more advanced players by offering them an opportunity to further their soccer development. Futsal is a version of indoor soccer (5v5) that stresses ball control, balance and proper technique.

Philosophy

The game of Futsal places an emphasis on improvisation, creativity, and technical mastery of the basic skills of dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting. The players will come out of the program will better skills than when they arrived, and with added confidence to take these new skills onto the field with added effectiveness.
