
Tom, a Norwegian native, joined the PSA Coaching staff with the Super Y U17 Boys. Tom played youth soccer for Stabaek FC in Norway, signing his first professional contract at the age of 16 with the club. 3 years later in 1999 Tom signed with Ullern FC which played in the 2nd division in Norway. In the mean time representing the Norwegian U18 & U21 International squads in a number of encounters. Looking to progress is career and education Tom received a full scholarship to Northeastern University (Div. 1) in Boston, MA in 2002. After graduating from Northeastern University Tom continued playing soccer at a high level as a Pro with the New Hampshire Phantoms in the USL for 2 years.
While playing for the New Hampshire Phantoms, Tom was also Assistant Coach for Northeastern University Mens Team for two years, reaching CAA playoffs both years.
In 2008 Tom returned back to Oslo, Norway, to work as a director of youth soccer for Ovrevoll FC, also coaching their men’s team in the 3rd division.
Now holding the UEFA B license Tom made the decision to return to the US in 2009 to coach soccer full time, now working with Princeton Soccer Association and a successful coaching organization in Northern NJ. Tom now continues to coach the Super Y U17 Boys team, and also is the head coach for the U11 Extreme Girls & U12 Blast Boys
