There are two registration forms you most complete:
1. Register with Princeton Adult League Click Here
- If you already have a child in PSA then just go under your registratin information and add yourself as a player.
- If you have never registered with PSA before then please fill out all the information asked except the school you attend and grade. Just use your name when it asks for parent information.
- If you have a team name please include it where the option for school name says other---fill the blank in with your team name*. If you don’t have a team name just leave it blank.**
2. Register with US Futsal--Click Here
- Please select the following: Present state association-NJ futsal.
- League association- Princeton Futsal
- Club-Princeton Adult League
- If you are 18 years and older you don’t have to fill out parent information--everyone needs to include emergency contact information.
- Once you register--it will ask you to print the completed form--please do so and bring it to the first game.
* Teams: Register as individuals and then there will be a place to write in team name--under school in Princeton registration. Once I have received all registration I will take everyone with the same team name and place them on the same team--no maximum team members. The team will then owe the $250*** referee fee for the season.
**Individuals: Register as an individual and then I will create teams based on the number of players-- 8-10 per team. After the team is created you will need to split the $250*** referee fee with the team
